Why there's till such cases like
abuse & neglecting animals
in this civilisation world ??

We are talking about animals that have endured abuses & neglects all their lives, that have to fend for themselves to survive. IT IS NOT THEIR CHOICE TO BE STRAYS. IT IS NOT THEIR CHOICE TO BE CAUGHT INHUMANELY ONLY TO SUFFER FURTHER ABUSE & NEGLECT AT THE POUND. I have seen homeless person be caught, placed in a home, only to escape because they rather have the freedom to live anywhere they want whereas in a home, they are subjected to the things that they can do and cannot do.
At least a homeless person doesn't have to endure inhumane treatment back at the home. At least, they do not have to endure beating & abuse. There are human laws that will protect their basic rights.
On the other hand, have anyone seen or known how these strays were treated at the pound? Did the society ever bother to know? I doubt so. This is because they are just stray animals, they are not important. They are pests, menace. If we can live among people who are real menace to the society and can definitely harm us ( because they are human after all ), why do we view these animals as menace or even dangerous?
Abandoned animals are not able to fend for themselves as they are not used to the real world. Strays, however have to rely on their animal instincts to survive and often have to protect themselves from getting hurt, which explains why they seem wild & dangerous.
They're nice people who would bring injured animals to the vet. but most of the time, people would rather leave the animals to die. It is probably due to that they are either too shy to help, worried that people may look at them differently or that they do not know what to do with an injured animal. In many cases, they are afraid that if they were to bring the injured animals to the vet. they would have to bear the medical cost.
